Cairo – Mubasher: North Cairo Flour Mills said its ordinary general meeting approved to distribute EGP 1 dividends per share for the fiscal year 2015-16.

The company’s general meeting also approved the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 2016.

The company reported net profits of EGP 20.4 million for the fiscal year 2015/16, compared with EGP 32.08 million for the previous year.
